You may supply your own bonnet and outer front wing skins, for NCF to fit. This will give you a discount of £500 + VAT off Sahara list price.The Sahara main body is supplied as a MIG welded fully assembled structure, incorporating a roll cage complete with fitted tailgate and spare wheel mounting. Alloy Chequer plate as shown, including wing tops. All the panels are galvanised or Aluminium and fitted including inner wheel arches. A substantial rear bumper and side steps are all integral within the frame. It is pre-drilled and bracketed for chassis mounts, spare wheel and seat belts etc. The Sahara has the provision for bonding in the laminated windscreen, roof and rear cab window. The front end consists of a Defender bonnet and wings, mounted on a steel inner frame incorporating galvanised inner wheel arches and substantial tubular bumper, all as one piece ready to bolt to the Discovery Chassis. The battery mounting, radiator top mounting, header tank mounting and Alloy Chequer plate rear step are all supplied including every nut and bolt needed where the original is not used. All metal work is supplied self colour and therefore will require painting.
